Dr. Danielle Bond’s passion is fostering an organizational culture that inspires all stakeholders to create a vision that motivates and inspires. She has spent the past 11 years in leadership and organizational development roles in the education and business sector. All the projects Dr. Bond has taken on have her heart and passion stamped on it. From the employees she has mentored, to vendors she has worked with, all would agree Dr. Bond is a hard worker and problem solver. As a former Chief Operating Officer of a law firm, she utilized her background in real estate, education, and technology to develop the company in the areas of human resource, marketing, IT, and finance. Whether she was creating a survey to evaluate the culture of the organization, or designing an emergency hotline system for the company with an app, Danielle would see the projects through to the end. Dr. Bond truly believes every problem has a solution, and if you approach it with a positive attitude, the problem will then become an opportunity for growth.
Her Doctoral degree is in Educational Leadership and Organizational Development and her Master’s is in Special Education. Her research in organizational improvement focuses on increasing technology integration through professional and curriculum development.
Sharing her experience and knowledge with organizations seeking to improve technology integration and organizational development is what she enjoys most.

Interested in coding, creating video games, graphic designing, robotics, animation, or app development? Come explore the possibilities. All levels of programmers are welcome. Campers will have the opportunity to work on projects ranging from programming on Minecraft to designing an electric robot. Note: Students who select Minecraft programming must have a Minecraft account.
